For those of you who don't know, Robbie is undertaking a challenge on August 17th to run from Cowes to Yarmouth; sail from Yarmouth to Bembridge in his Laser and cycle from Bembridge to Cowes.
This is in aid of the RNLI and incoroprates all 3 RNLI stations on the IOW.
