    Spring Series 1 - Sunday 15th April

Signs of summer increased the number racing in Gurnard Bay on Sunday. An offshore breeze made for shifty winds on a flat sea. The Shadow catamarans were sent around East Lepe and were headed home by Paul Bowen from the visiting James French. The fast handicap had an impressive 12 starters. Young Oliver Evans and Toby Atherton took the win on their super quick 29er from Brett Aarons in second and Tim Wilkins in third.
