Gurnard RS Tera Cadets at the RS Tera Southern Championships

Spring Series 4 - Sunday 13th May

A light westerly breeze on a sunny Sunday morning helped Graham Deegan and Judith French on their RS400 take the win in the fast handicap from the RS100's sailed by Giles Peckham and Simon Davies. The catamarans were kept ashore by the cable laying vessels working in the bay. In the Medium Handicap, the RS Aero's liked the small course and took the top three places. Wednesday Spring Series 3 - 2nd May

The weather cleared on Wednesday evening for a fine evening of racing in a fresh north westerly. The plug was out in the solent so the race box set a challenging course around the bay keeping competitors off the shallows. Mike Martin Memorial Race - Sunday 29th April

The 15 knot cold North Easterly breeze didn't seem that inviting for the annual Mike Martin Memorial trophy. The race, designed to get all classes racing together on a single course, makes for an exciting time on the water and congestion on mark rounding.
