    Junior Regatta 2019

    Over the weekend of the 20 th and 21 st July 30 youngsters between the ages of eight and 16 took part in Gurnard Sailing Club's Junior Regatta racing in either the Pico or Tera classes.     Spring Series 1 - Sunday 14th April 2019

    The first race of the Spring Series didn't feel much like Spring. A cold and gusty Easterly wind provided for an exciting sail for all participants. Robin Leather returned to the Shadow fleet but wasn't too rusty and sailed a solid race to win from Paul Bowen and Shaun Kellett. Martin Scott and Pete Bowen sailed good races but were too early at the start. The Fast Handicap also suffered from competitors being too keen
