We've teamed up with UKSA to have a circuit training class through the winter while we can't sail midweek.

The plans is Wednesday's, 7pm to 8pm at UKSA with the session delivered by a UKSA fitness instructor. Its open to members who are at Senior School or older. Its for a maximum of 20 people but we need at least 12 to sign up for the block of 10 pre-christmas sessions to make it viable.

Pre-Christmas sessions dates: Wed 4th October to Wed 13 Dec inclusive LESS Wed 25th Oct for half term.

Costs for the 10 sessions:

If 12 or 13 people sign up £60pp.

If 14 or 15 people sign up £55pp. 

If 16 or more people sign up £50pp

We will invoice those who sign up when the numbers are known.
